
In the FAQ published on Crimson Desert‘s official website, Pearl Abyss has provided important information regarding the PC version of the game. Specifically, the game does not currently run on machines equipped with an Arc GPU.
It is therefore stated that Crimson Desert “is currently not compatible with Intel Arc graphics cards”. The South Korean studio is urging players who purchased the game believing it would work on their PC to request a refund from their purchase platform.
According to data from the Steam Hardware Survey, approximately 1% to 1.5% of players will be using a dedicated Intel Arc graphics card in 2026. NVIDIA dominates the market with approximately 80% market share, while AMD accounts for around 15%.
