Capcom plans to align the marketing campaign for the Street Figther games with the movie’s release

Scheduled for release in theaters this October, it seems Kitao Sakurai’s Street Fighter film will be of paramount importance to the franchise.

During its investor conference, Capcom discussed this adaptation. The publisher expressed its desire to align its marketing initiatives for Street Fighter games with the release of the feature film.

“We intend to expand sales opportunities by aligning marketing initiatives with the film’s release.”

As a result, no doubt we will see a major promotional campaign around Street Fighter 6. In addition, the sixth installment will welcome Alex to its roster on March 17.
