It should come as no surprise to anyone that a new Call of Duty game will come out this year. Rumors already point to a campaign set in both Koreas in which we could play as three factions trying to prevent a new world war.
Now, the X account CharlieIntel has revealed that this installment, developed by Infinity Ward and called Modern Warfare 사 (or Modern Warfare 4), will be released in October. No specific date has been given.
Activision’s FPS will likely appear at the Xbox Games Showcase 2026 on June 7.
