Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Lets You Skip the Awful Campaign for the Endgame From November 21st

In a surprisingly positive move, Treyarch has announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 players will no longer have to suffer the terrible, no-good campaign to access Endgame. From November 21st, it will be unlocked for everyone from the get-go.

Even if it’s a barely-concealed copy of Zombies from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Endgame is a marked improvement over the campaign. Granted, as we noted in our review, it’s akin to playing in a Destiny Patrol Zone while slowly accruing Combat Rating and unlocking passive abilities, but it’s a step up.

But what about those who suffered through the campaign needlessly? Treyarch offers the gift of one hour Double XP Tokens, three each for leveling, weapons, and the Battle Pass. Zombies players will also get three Perkaholic GobbleGums.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is available for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, and PC. While Activision has yet to announce sales figures, its physical sales are down 61 percent in the UK compared to last year’s Black Ops 6. Even Anno 117: Pax Romana cleaned its clock in launch week sales on Steam.
