Borderlands 4 Has A Legendary Bee-Shooting Gun You Can Farm For This Week

The weekly Borderlands 4 update has gone live, and at the same time, several in-game events have also being refreshed. If you’ve been looking to embrace your inner Nicolas Cage, you can farm for a Legendary SMG that unleashes an angry hive of bees at anything you point it at.

For the patch, players can expect changes to the Forgeknight’s Dragon’s Breath and Exo-Soldier’s First Impression passives, as these have now been adjusted to apply the correct bonus damage amount to each projectile. The chance rate for the Maliwan legendary sniper rifle Complex Root dropping as Phosphene has also been adjusted this week.

For the weekly activities, a new Weekly Big Encore Boss has entered rotation, and like the previous enemies fielding an increased amount of health, this one will have a rewarding loot pool that reflects the challenge of taking on an enhanced Pango Bango. The Weekly Wildcard Mission–Mob Rules–will also allow you to farm your desired Birt’s Bees, a legendary SMG that usually drops from the boss Sludgemaw in Watershed Gate.
