Order Silos are side activities in Borderlands 4 which serve as fast travel points of interest, but more importantly, can be used to generally mark the location of Vault Key Fragments on the map. With three Vault Key Fragments to be found in each major region on the rim of Dominion city, broken up between a Silo each, you would otherwise be hard pressed to find all of them just by exploration.
