Since its release in November 2025, Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition has continued to suffer from some terribly annoying bugs. Three months after its launch, Bethesda has finally fixed one of the biggest ones.
An update has been rolled out to fix the missing DLC issue on PS4 and the one that caused the Creations Bundle to be absent on PC. Improvements have also been made to the interface, menu transparency, and crashes related to downloading creations.
Finally, the storage expansion for creations on consoles will arrive at a later date.
