Founded in late 2012, the Montreal-based Canadian studio The Fun Pimps is known for developing 7 Days to Die. This third-person open-world multiplayer survival horror game has sold over 20 million copies since its early access release in 2013.
This resounding success prompted Behaviour Interactive, the studio behind Dead by Daylight, to make an offer to acquire The Fun Pimps. This merger will help improve 7 Days to Die.
A video has been released to confirm the acquisition.

This is an interesting development in the gaming industry! Itβll be exciting to see how Behaviour Interactive and The Fun Pimps collaborate and what new experiences they might bring to players. Looking forward to more updates!
