As part of the Season 2 delay, Battlefield 6 adds the new Frostfire bonus path to the current Season 1 battle pass. This new bonus path of rewards is now live in Battlefield 6 and Redsec, bringing a new operator skin, vehicle skin, XP boosters, and more. Battlefield 6’s Frostfire bonus path is a new reward path separate from the game’s Season 1 battle pass, but you’ll still find it under the Battle Pass tab in the menus. This new bonus path is completed concurrently alongside the Season 1 battle pass.
The Frostfire bonus path is live from now until February 10, giving players two weeks to earn the new rewards. This event pass includes 11 tiers of free and premium items to unlock, meaning you’ll need to purchase the $10 Season 1 premium battle pass to earn them all. There are seven free items and four paid rewards to earn.
Unlike previous bonus paths, all points for the Frostfire bonus path are earned through new weekly challenges. These can be found in the Battlefield menus under the Challenge tab. The challenges vary from simple tasks such as earning assists in any mode or completing matches of battle royale.

Season 2 will begin on February 17, and the developer has detailed some of the content planned for the new season. This includes a brand-new multiplayer map called Contaminated. Additionally, Battlefield 4’s fan-favorite Golmud Railway map is currently being rebuilt for a future season.
