Season 1 of Battlefield 6 continues to expand with the new California Resistance update. This content patch includes the new Eastwood multiplayer map and an event pass you can complete to unlock more rewards. In this guide, we’ll show you all the free and paid items you can unlock in this new event pass for California Resistance, including the game’s new DB-12 shotgun.
The California Resistance event pass is a bonus reward path separate from the game’s Season 1 battle pass, but you’ll still find it under the battle pass tab in the Battlefield 6 menus. This event pass includes 11 tiers of free and premium items to unlock, meaning you’ll need to purchase the season’s premium battle pass to earn them all. However, the DB-12 shotgun is one of the six free rewards you can unlock.
You level up the California Resistance event pass by earning battle pass points, and this will level up alongside your active path in the Season 1 battle pass. Points are earned by completing weekly challenges and earning XP. You reach a new reward tier for every 10 battle pass points you earn.
The pass is available to complete between now and the launch of Season 1’s Winter Offensive update on December 9.
The full list of rewards can be found below, including a new operator skin, vehicle camo, XP boosters, the new shotgun, and more.
