Launched on the very first PlayStation in January 1995, Battle Arena Toshinden is set to return on present-day platforms. A second installment was released in December 1995, and a third in December 1996.
In a press release, Edia announced that it had signed a licensing agreement with Takara Tomy to bring these three 3D fighting games to modern platforms. These ports are expected to arrive between 2026 and 2027.
