Almost two and a half years after its release, Baldur’s Gate 3 has entered a very exclusive club. Swen Vincke, the head of Larian Studios, gave an update on the RPG’s sales.
During his interview with Bloomberg, Vincke confirmed that Baldur’s Gate 3 has sold over 20 million units worldwide. This makes it one of the best-selling games of all time.
This success has allowed Larian to recruit new staff and finance its next game. Divinity was announced at The Game Awards, but it has no release date yet.
