Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Remake is set to be released in March 2026

The remake of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black flag has been the subject of much discussion for several months now. It’s an ambitious project that is expected to incorporate elements of the RPG formula that was introduced with Origins.

With Ubisoft having just announced its financial results, Insider Gaming says it has learned that the famous remake of the fourth installment will be released during this fiscal year. This means that the title will arrive on consoles and PC by March 31, 2026, at the latest. More specifically, the launch is expected to take place during the week of March 23, 2026.

It is important to note that Ubisoft has yet to announce the project. The 2025 Game Awards, which will be held on December 12, could serve as the stage for this official announcement.
