We are getting more and more rumors as Pokémon Day 2026 approaches. While many fans are waiting for news about Gen 10 on February 27, two older versions could also be coming back.
Released in 2004 on Game Boy Advance, Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen will be making a comeback, according to leaker Riddler_Khu on X. However, he does not specify the format of this hypothetical return. It could be in the form of a simple port via the Nintendo Switch Online GBA emulator or a full remake for Switch and Switch 2.
