Blueprints in Embark Studios’ ARC Raiders are about as essential as the guns themselves, providing a sizable path to power…if you can find the right one. There’s no official in-game market for the same or any other items, really, but that hasn’t stopped a black market from emerging out of it.
As spotted by GamesRadar, there’s a listing on Gameflip for a Burletta Blueprint, though the description specifies that it’s a Wolfpack Blueprint. Confusing? Sure, but not as much as the price – $49.99, about $10 more than the game. The process of trading involves grouping, entering an expedition, and then the seller drops the item.
This is then placed in your Safety Pocket to prevent any loss should you fail to extract. And as the seller helpfully notes, “We don’t escort to the extraction point, and we’re not responsible for lost items if you forget to place them in your Safety Pocket before dying.”
Other notable listings include $35 for a Wolfpack, Equalizer and Jupiter – the perfect trio for taking down heavy-duty ARC, especially the Queen. You can also pay $24.99 for an Extended Shotgun Mag Blueprint 3 or purchase some ARC Alloy for $3.50.
It’s pretty insane and, by all accounts, not sanctioned by Embark Studios. Whether it will crack down on this in the future remains to be seen, especially when its hands are already full with bug fixes and upcoming content.
