Soft Rains Games has announced that it will be releasing Ambrosia Sky Act Two as a free update for all players that own Ambrosia Sky Act One, but the price of the game will increase after Act Two is release. That new price will be $24.99, though a release date has not yet been set for the next part of Ambrosia Sky.
Originally, Ambrosia Sky was going to be split into three acts but the team at Soft Rains has made the decision to combine the remaining content into one. In a blog post the team said, “We’re excited to be able to bring the full story to everyone as soon as we can. Ambrosia Sky: Act Two will now serve as the conclusion to Dalia’s return home. When we first introduced Ambrosia Sky, we outlined Dalia’s story as a three-act journey. As development has continued, and as we’ve reflected on what the story truly needs, we’ve decided to bring the remaining chapters together into a single, cohesive finale.”
The team goes on to say that Ambrosia Sky Act Two will feature new mission locations, new exo-fungus to harvest, and a reworked progression that will include new upgrades. All of this will feed right into Dalia’s story as she searches for Maeve and discovers the cause of the crisis that has enveloped her world. Ambrosia Sky is currently available to purchase for £10.87, so if it is a game that has been on your wishlist it is probably worth getting now ahead of Act Two’s release.
