Memory and GPU stock are now becoming increasingly scarce. As a result, some manufacturers are facing production difficulties and are now predicting a significant drop in inventory levels in the coming weeks.
In a new report, MSI explained that NVIDIA is no longer supplying enough chips to meet demand. Joseph Hsu, MSI’s president, stated that he expects this to be the most challenging year since the company’s founding. As a result, the supply of NVIDIA GPUs has reportedly dropped by nearly 20%.
Furthermore, MSI is now expected to focus on manufacturing RTX 50 graphics cards, reducing the market share for entry-level models by approximately 30%. Finally, prices are likely to increase by 15 to 30% for the consumer market.
