Sony is celebrating the holiday week with a Black Friday sale on the PlayStation Store, bringing solid prices to some of the best PS4 and PS5 video games. That includes this self-proclaimed AAAA open-world game that was released just last year.
Ubisoft AAAA game Skull and Bones is $6 on the PS Store
Developed by Ubisoft, Skull and Bones is currently just $5.99 on the PS Store. That is an 80% discount off its usual $29.99 price tag. PS5 players who want to take advantage of this deal will have to act fast. The offer ends on December 2 at 2:59 a.m. ET.

When Skull and Bones was released last year, it was met with a mixed reception. According to the review aggregate site Metacritic, it garnered an average score of 59 across 50 critic reviews. The PS5 audience seems to share those same feelings. Its average global player rating on the PS Store is 2.86 stars, with 38% of players rating it just one star.
If you’re a PlayStation Plus Premium or Extra subscriber and not sure if you want to spend the cash on Skull and Bones, then you’re in luck. The Ubisoft title is currently available on the service’s Game Catalog, giving subscribers access to the full game to try before you buy it.
