This unanimous praise prompted Valve to conduct a test to see if negative reviews still worked on the page. An employee of the American company, using the username “Adils @ Valve” and a badge indicating that he works for Valve, posted a negative review for Half-Life 2. In his message, he stated: “This is a test of the negative review system. Please ignore it.”
This amusing discovery was made recently, but the message in question was posted online on April 8, 2019.
