Nintendo has confirmed the widely rumoured and expected Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase will take place tomorrow, Thursday 5th February, at 2PM GMT – that’s 6AM PT / 9AM ET / 3PM CET for the US and Europe.

What’s going to be featured? Well, as always, they’re keeping their lips sealed until then, but it will be a 30 minute stream and it will feature both Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch games.
The focus will really be on third parties, as Nintendo has sprinkled their own games and deep dives over the last few weeks, alongside an in-person preview event for press and influencers. They’ve been showing off Mario Tennis Fever, Meetup in Bellabel Park for SMB Wonder, the Virtual Boy accessory, as well as featuring Tomodachi Life.
Capcom made an appearance at that preview event, but it wouldn’t be surprising if they were featured within this stream, given that there’s the console release of the Pragmata Sketchbook demo on the horizon, and they will really want to sell you on Resident Evil Requiem. Rumours are abound about a Monster Hunter Wilds port to Switch 2, as well as Monster Hunter Stories 3 coming in March.
We’d also love to see The Duskbloods, as the FromSoftware exclusive, get a release date for Professor Layton and the New World of Steam, and plenty more.
