Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game in which you play a doctor who has only 12 days to save a city ravaged by an epidemic. You will have to make diagnoses, take difficult decisions, and even rewrite the city’s past.
Quite the attractive offering, really, and one that will be available when Pathologic 3 launches on PC on January 9, 2026. What’s more, a demo is available to download for free from the game’s Steam page.
