Who is the $799 Apple Watch Ultra 3 for? The Garmin crowd? I can already hear Garmin fans cackling from whatever distant mountain they’re hiking on. The gadget nerd who simply must have the best-of-the-best smartwatch? I’m 99.9 percent sure those folks already have an Ultra 2.
