Resident Evil Requiem has been announced for Switch 2

It came as no surprise that Capcom was present at Nintendo Direct to announce and showcase Resident Evil Requiem on Switch 2 with a brand new trailer.

This version will be released at the same time as the others, on February 27, 2026. On that same day, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and Resident Evil Village will also be released on the Nintendo console.
