Ubisoft Posts Record €1.3 Billion Loss, Pins Comeback on Stricter Quality Bar and Generative AI NPCs & Tools

Ubisoft reported its Q4 2026 and full fiscal year (FY2025-26) results yesterday, reflecting a major company-wide reset: net bookings were down 17% year-on-year to €1.525 billion as the publisher narrowed its portfolio, cut costs, and prepared for a much lighter FY2026-27 release slate.
