How to Start the Weather Watch Side Quest in NTE

The Rainy Night Tale side quest (which later turns into Weather Watch) is one of the many weird encounters players get to experience in NTE. This can only be picked up while it’s raining in-game, and you can find the NPC quest givers for it inside the residential blocks between Coastal Highway and White Parrot Street in the Bridge Crossings district. This is by far the most complicated part of this quest, and once you actually get down and dirty with it in NTE, you should have no issues completing it.
