The “Waking the Grid” quest in Arc Raiders is all about hunting for a security breach on Spaceport. You must visit a guard tower, then find the security control center in the Departure Building, before heading to the Arrival Building to look for any trace of a breach. Much like the “Dust on the Wires” quest, it’s a lot of trotting around Spaceport.
