It’s available for free right now on the eShop. It lets you create up to three Miis and unlock a hamster costume. Your save data can be transferred to the full game once it becomes available.
As a reminder, Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream is a life sim game in which you populate an island by customizing Miis.
