While not the biggest month in terms of new titles, March still has some standout games that can already be bought at a discount.
After a bumper February that included Resident Evil Requiem, Reanimal, and Mario Tennis Fever, the gaming release calendar for March looks a lot quieter on the surface.
However, as we’ve already seen with the likes of Pokémon Pokopia and Marathon, there are some titles which could have a bigger impact than expected. The latter is digital-only, but Nintendo’s life sim game has become pretty difficult to find in terms of physical copies.
At the time of writing, physical copies are available on Amazon, or you can order for when they are back in stock on Smyths. It’s worth noting, though, that the physical version is a Game Key-Card, so you’re still downloading the game online.
Pokémon Pokopia isn’t the only big game launching this month. Crimson Desert has all the makings of a surprise success. The open world action adventure title is already getting some early buzz, and it’s being sold at a pretty competitive £49.99 price tag.

If you didn’t catch it the first time on Switch, a Switch 2 Edition of Super Mario Bros. Wonder is inbound later this month. If you pre-order before March 26, you can get 10% off at Currys, bringing the price down to £53.99.
The Switch 2 version comes with competitive and cooperative multiplayer extras in Bellabel Park, along with a playable Rosalina, and a new assist mode which is no longer attached to one single character.
Other highlights this month include Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, along with Life Is Strange: Reunion. The latter is a sequel to Life Is Strange: Double Exposure which focuses on the return of Chloe Price. You can check out all the best deals below.
