
Death Stranding 2: On the Beach will finally be released on PC on March 19, 2026. Of course, this version will be compatible with various technologies that will improve the game’s visual rendering.
Kojima Productions’ title will support DLSS 4, AMD’s FSR 4, and Intel XESS 2, all with upscaling and image generation options. In addition, the progressive image composer PICO, developed by Guerrilla Games for the DECIMA engine, will be included. This upscaling system can be combined with the various image generation options offered in the game.
Of course, ultra-wide screens will be used to enjoy Death Stranding 2 in 21:9 or 32:9. Users with a 16:9 panel will be able to activate the wide image format to benefit from an extended field of view.
In terms of configurations, a GTX 1660, with an Intel Core i3-10100 and 16 GB of RAM, is required to play at 1080p at 30 FPS. For 60 FPS at 1080p, you’ll need an RTX 3600 and an Intel Core i5-11400.
Rendering in 1440p at 60 FPS will require an RTX 3070, an Intel Core i7-11700, and 16 GB of RAM. 4K at 60 FPS will be accessible for PCs equipped with an RTX 4080 accompanied by an Intel i7-11700 processor and 16 GB of RAM. Finally, the game will take up approximately 150 GB of storage on an SSD.
