After the analysis of the seventh installment, it’s now Resident Evil Village Gold Edition‘s turn to appear on Switch 2. This version will be released on Nintendo’s console on February 27 too.
The YouTube channel ElAnalistaDeBits is back once again with a technical demonstration. When docked, Village has a resolution of 1080p with 4K output, and 900p in portable mode. The graphic quality is almost identical between the two modes, apart from a few differences in shadows and reflections.
Unfortunately, the frame rate struggles to maintain 60 frames per second. There are some drops below 50 FPS in certain sequences.
