As he has done every summer since E3 disappeared, Geoff Keighley will be organizing Summer Game Fest with the aim of presenting us with several new releases. The 2026 edition will once again take place in June.
Summer Game Fest 2026 will kick off with an opening ceremony on June 5 at 10 p.m. GMT time. It will feature “world premieres, new video game announcements, exclusive gameplay, and more”. The event will also be broadcast online, and tickets to attend in person will go on sale in the spring.
Next, “Play Days” will take place from June 6 to 8. During these three days, invited media and content creators will be able to test different titles. Finally, industry professionals will gather for “B2B The Game Business Live” on June 8. Viewers will be able to attend “insightful discussions on the key changes, challenges, and opportunities shaping the global video game industry”.

It’s exciting to see the Summer Game Fest return! Geoff Keighley’s efforts to keep the gaming community engaged are always appreciated. Looking forward to what this year’s program has in store!
