SEGA will release four games from its major franchises before the end of March 2027

SEGA has ambitious plans for the coming year. That being said, the Japanese company posted disappointing financial results for the first nine months of the current fiscal year.

The Japanese studio announced revenues of €1.8 billion, up 4% year-on-year. Operating profit was €109.3 million, a sharp decline of 54.6% compared to last year. The net loss was €93 million.

In any case, SEGA intends to turn things around with its future releases. The Japanese publisher has confirmed its intention to “to release four major new titles for mainstay IPs” between April 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027. The company also wants to continue its transmedia activities by bringing its franchises to the cinema and TV.
