Kiryu might know the streets and alleys of Kamurocho in Yakuza Kiwami 3 like few others, but that doesn’t mean you do too. The winding maze of shops, side streets, parks, and entertainment centers is overwhelming initially (and often for a while after that) if only because it’s all so crammed with stuff. Side stories, locker keys, weapon stores, pools, baseball cages, briefcases, casinos — it’s a lot to keep track of. And then you’ve got Downtown Ryukyu and the (admittedly much smaller) Morning Glory Orphanage to learn the layout of as well. Even if you’re familiar with the original Yakuza 3, Ryu Ga Gotoku’s remake includes fresh additions for side modes like Bad Boy Dragon.
