In a stacked month of new games, here are the best pre-order deals across titles like Resident Evil Requiem and Reanimal.

While the run-up to Christmas has historically been the busiest time on the gaming release calendar, February and March has gradually become a major hotspot for big new titles over the past few years.

If you need evidence, look no further than this month’s line-up. We’ve already had Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined and Nioh 3, but there’s still Romeo Is A Dead Man, Mario Tennis Fever, Yakuza Kiwami 3, Reanimal, High On Life 2, and Resident Evil Requiem to come.

For people whose tastes range from Japanese action games to horror spooks and Mario’s dalliances on the court, it’s set to be a costly month. To ease your weeping bank balance though, we’ve scoured the web for the best deals available on the biggest titles.

If you’re looking to pick up Resident Evil Requiem, your best bet is Currys. You can pick up the standard edition across PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 for £58.49 if you pre-order before February 27, with a 10% discount being applied at the checkout. You can also pick up the same edition with a lenticular sleeve at the same price.

It’s the best place for the Resident Evil Requiem Deluxe Steelbook Edition too, with the 10% discount knocking it down from £79.99 to £71.99. Other retailers like Argos and Amazon are selling this for £74.99, so it’s saving you a few quid.

The same Currys discount applies to Mario Tennis Fever on the Switch 2, bringing it down to £53.99 if you pre-order before February 12. The lowest price elsewhere is £54.99, so likewise, you’re saving a few pennies.

Online retailer Hit is the best place for Yakuza Kiwami 3 at £46.85 on PlayStation 5, while Reanimal also benefits from the Currys pre-order deal, bringing it down to £26.99 across Sony’s console and Switch 2.

For those looking forward to Romeo Is A Dead Man, that title is digital-only at launch. So you’ll have to soak up the price across the PlayStation Store,Steam, and Microsoft’s store, which is expected to be around £44.99.
