At the Apple TV Press Day earlier this week, Apple revealed many new premiere dates, teasers, and trailers for its streaming service.
Emmy Award-nominated comedy Shrinking kicks off Apple’s new-season slate as it returns for its third season, with two episodes already available on Apple TV+*. Starring Jason Segel and Harrison Ford, the series centres on a grieving therapist who abandons professional boundaries and begins telling his patients exactly what he thinks.
Against all expectations, the unfiltered approach leads to dramatic changes in his patients’ lives, and his own. This week’s episode sees the group come together to support a friend following a health setback, while others take meaningful steps forward and face difficult personal choices.
In addition to its television slate, Apple is teaming up with A24 on Eternity, an Apple Original romantic comedy set for release soon. The film stars Elizabeth Olsen as Joan, a woman who has recently died and arrives in the afterlife with an unusual challenge: she has just one week to decide who she wants to spend eternity with.
That decision is complicated by the fact that Joan loved two people in her life. One died young and has waited decades for her to arrive, while the other is the partner with whom she spent the rest of her life. Eternity has already earned a Certified Fresh rating from Rotten Tomatoes and is scheduled for a global release on Feb. 13, 2026.
