Baldur’s Gate 3’s HBO adaptation has no involvement from Larian Studios

If you haven’t heard the biggest gaming and entertainment news to come out in the last 24 hours, Baldur’s Gate 3 is getting a live-action adaptation on HBO from The Last of Us and Chernobyl showrunner Craig Mazin. However, what you may have missed is that none of the developers from Larian Studios, including the game’s writers, are involved with the show, despite it being a continuation of the game’s original story.
