Baldur’s Gate 3 HBO show will pick up where BG3 ended

The Last of Us series co-creator Craig Mazin has partnered with Hasbro Entertainment to create a TV show for HBO based on Baldur’s Gate 3, Larian Studio’s award-winning RPG (as reported Deadline). The show — on which Mazin serves as co-creator, writer, executive producer, and showrunner — is simply titled Baldur’s Gate, and its story will pick up where Baldur’s Gate 3 left off.

Absolutely! It’s fascinating how the show will continue the story right from where the game left off, allowing both fans and newcomers to explore the rich narrative further. Plus, with Craig Mazin’s track record, there’s a lot of potential for deep character development and immersive storytelling.
