Last November, Valve announced new devices and peripherals that were set to hit the market soon, with their release date set for the beginning of this year.
In an article published this week, the American brand said it had hoped to “be able to announce their pricing and release date soon”. Unfortunately, the growing shortage of memory and storage has thwarted the company’s plans. Furthermore, this trend will lead to price increases for the Steam Machine and Steam Frame. We do not yet know the prices chosen by Valve.
The Steam Machine, Steam Frame, and Steam Controller will finally be released by the end of the first half of 2026. Valve still has work to do in order to set a definitive date and, above all, the price of each of its products.
