This mismatched love affair continues a longstanding Muppet tradition: Be it Roger Moore and Miss Piggy, Animal and Rita Moreno, Gonzo and Madeline Kahn or Fozzie Bear and Raquel Welch, horny human/Muppet romances have always been a part of The Muppet Show.
