Philips unveiled a rather astonishing PC monitor this week. The EVNIA 27M2N5500XD monitor has features that guarantee optimal fluidity when gaming.
This Fast IPS monitor has a dual-mode refresh system. The first mode allows for a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels at up to 500 Hz, with an overclocking option at 540 Hz. The second mode lowers the resolution to 1280 x 720 pixels for a refresh rate of up to 1000 Hz. A simple command allows you to switch between the two modes.
It should be noted that this model is compatible with MultiView technology, the HDR 400 VESA standard, and a brightness of 350 nits (HDR off) or 450 nits (HDR on). In terms of connectivity, there are two HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort 2.1, and a headphone output.
The EVNIA 27M2N5500XD monitor will initially only be sold in China for around $719.
