Although we were expecting it in the coming days, Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced seems to have been delayed what with the ongoing restructuring at Ubisoft. However, the French publisher has almost publicly acknowledged the existence of the as-yet-unannounced project.
Recently, someone posted a figurine of Edward Kenway, the hero of Assassin’s Creed IV, on Vinted. This figurine is completely new, and the user stated that it would be released later this year. This suggested that it would go on sale at the same time as the remake.
On X, the official account for the franchise responded to a post containing photos of this merchandise. Ubisoft simply shared the famous GTA: San Andreas meme “Ah shit, here we go again” as a response. This seems to indirectly confirm the authenticity of the leak.
