The French government will say au revoir to Microsoft Teams — replaced by a “sovereign platform” saving €1 million/year in licensing fees

France announced its plan to replace American video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams with its own domestically developed platform called Visio, which will be used across all government institutions and departments by 2027.
