Although it has been fairly quiet since its launch last November on Switch 2, Kirby Air Riders is getting several new features this week via a free update.
Available for download now, patch 1.3.0 adds the GameShare feature, which allows you to play the game locally with other Switch and Switch 2 consoles. This means you only need one copy of the game to play with friends.
This update also includes a new Grand Prix mode that allows you to participate in several AirRide races in the Lobby. It is also possible to play with two players on the same Switch 2 console in the Lobby and in quick matches.
Several adjustments, fixes, and other improvements have also been made.
