The Fable reboot is coming to Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PS5 in fall 2026. This means that the RPG franchise created by the now-defunct Lionhead Studios will be coming to PlayStation for the very first time… and the anticipation is palpable.
On YouTube, the latest trailer for Fable has racked up 510,000 views on the Xbox channel, compared to over a million on the PlayStation channel. This is a considerable difference and significant enough to be worth noting.
Of course, this doesn’t mean that this enthusiasm will translate into sales on Sony’s console.
