Beyond Good & Evil 2 creative director confirms that development is still ongoing

If anyone still had any doubts, we now have further confirmation that development of Beyond Good & Evil 2 is continuing. Ubisoft had already briefly mentioned the subject in a press release, and now it’s the turn of the project’s creative director to speak out.

On LinkedIn, Fawzi Mesmar reaffirmed that Beyond Good & Evil 2 has not been affected by the publisher’s restructuring.

“Myself, my team and our project Beyond Good and Evil 2 are unaffected by the recent changes.

Needless to say, I am saddened by the cancellations that has affected my colleagues in other parts of Ubisoft and the industry. I urge everyone – myself included – to offer support whenever and however they can during these times.”
