The open-world anime RPG The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin was supposed to launch on January 28 on PS5, PC, and mobile. Unfortunately, Netmarble has announced a delay until March 2026. The exact date has not yet been given.
To justify this decision, the developers cite recent beta feedback that was “much more numerous and in-depth than our development team had anticipated”. Thus, the team wants to take its time to study the feedback in question and make changes where necessary.
For example, the character’s movements will be made more responsive and the menu interface clearer. Finally, the combat was considered too difficult due to its pace and the speed of the skills being far too slow.

It’s always a bit disappointing to hear about delays, especially for a highly anticipated game like The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin. Hopefully, the extra time will allow for an even better experience when it finally arrives in March. Looking forward to seeing what the developers have in store!
