Visit distinct Victorian locations and use your tactical prowess to terrorize the people living there. Each minion that you control has a set of unique abilities that needs to be mindfully deployed to leverage success, but beware, not all humans are so defenseless – the Brotherhood of Light may be summoned to deal with your shenanigans.
