Another gaming brand has decided to fully embrace artificial intelligence by unveiling an astonishing product. At CES 2026, Razer unveiled Project AVA, an AI companion that will accompany gamers 24/7.
Users will be able to choose between several companions presented in the form of a 14 cm tall 3D hologram. These include Kira, Zane, Sao, and even a reproduction of eSports legend Faker. Ava has a dynamic personality that learns and evolves based on its interactions.
According to Razer’s description, the AI will have “human-like vision and audio sensing”. It will organize our schedule, provide advice on certain tasks, and act as a gaming partner who will support the player during their games.
For now, AVA is based on xAI’s Grok engine, but has an open and scalable architecture to ensure compatibility with other AI platforms. In addition, Project AVA requires a direct connection to a Windows PC via a USB-C cable to function. Razer says that AVA is a “friend for life”. It’s true that this can start to seem a little scary…
The release is scheduled for the second half of 2026. Reservations are open only in the United States with a $20 deposit.
