The Pokemon TCG has officially revealed three exciting new Mega Pokemon coming to the game in Ascended Heroes, with one looking poised to break the game’s meta wide open. The newest era of the beloved trading card game based on the monster-catching franchise has seen plenty of exciting new additions, including the newest main gameplay mechanic. The release of Mega Evolution brought the titular mechanic back to the Pokemon TCG for the first time since 2016, with the powerful Pokemon giving three prizes when knocked out. Now, the next big Pokemon set looks to be a mash-up of the TCG’s recent hits.
