Publisher Lilith Games and studio XRON Software released Ars Notoria on November 27 on PC, in early access.
It is an open-world survival and building game set in a medieval fantasy universe. Players must master the six schools of magic available, gather resources, build their base, and expand their influence as much as possible. But they will also have to watch out for the many threats lurking in the forests, fields, and dungeons.
Ars Notoria is a relatively promising title, although it suffers from various issues related to its early access status. Steam reviews are currently “mixed”, with 62% positive reviews out of 145 posted online. Players have reported numerous bugs.
